EliteBuyer Return Policy US Only EliteBuyer gladly accepts the return of merchandise in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached) or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Refunds: Refunds for merchandise returned with the original receipt will be credited in the same form as the original payment method. If you no longer have your receipt, we will exchange merchandise or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price of the returned merchandise. Final Sale Items: Swimwear, intimate apparel, and discounted items ending in $0.95 are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Gift Cards: Gift cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. In-Store Returns and Exchanges: A government-issued photo ID is required for all in-store returns and exchanges. Apple Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, AfterPay, and Klarna: Orders placed using Apple Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, AfterPay, and Klarna must be shipped back to our warehouse for a refund. How to Return an Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your receipt or packing slip. Write your order number and return reason on the outside of the package.
